• Are there refunds available if I purchase a ticket and cannot make it?

• I’m afraid not, this is a limited ticket event and consequently no refunds will be made, the only exception is if the event is cancelled because of reasons beyond my control.

• What age group does the planetarium cater for?

• It is suggested from 6yrs upwards.

• Can I bring food and drink into the planetarium?

• No food or drink is allowed inside the planetarium dome.

• Where do you sit once inside the dome?

• A small number of chairs will be available for people with mobility issues, the majority of people will sit on the floor.

• Is there disabled access?

• Yes.
